Founded in 1961, Lycetts has grown to become one of the UK’s leading independently operated insurance brokers. Following success at their Shrewsbury office, currently located on Butcher Row, they are now relocating to their new, larger premises in Claremont House.

This will accommodate the existing team led by Rob Matthews and new recruit Freddie Hamilton-Russell who look forward to meeting existing and new customers at the office.  “Lycetts is expanding its footprint in Shrewsbury to help service a growing list of both private and commercial clients,” said Head of Office Rob Matthews.  “This move offers an opportunity for continued growth and forms part of an ongoing strategy to expand our presence nationwide, reinforcing our commitment to being a trusted local insurance partner for the rural community.”

The second-floor offices were offered at an asking rent of £9,950 per annum and provide well-appointed space at 72 sq m (775 sq ft).  The offices benefit from communal facilities and car parking adjacent to the building under separate licence.
